The irrefutable adjective expresses that something is presented as a proof that it is not possible to doubt. In fact, the evidence term comes from the latin fides, which is equivalent to faith and faciente, which means to do, so etymologically this word announces that it is possible to testify about facts. In this way, a document, a test or a few facts are considered as reliable when they are irrefutable, IE an absolute certainty about the authenticity of what there is to what it refers.
The sense of the evidence
Concepts such as true or false are relevant in the language, through them we establish the authenticity or falsity of any aspect of reality. So that an assertion is authentic and reliable required some kind of endorsement or guarantee that justifies, in other words, need to be reliable and is not enough any type of accreditation. Suppose someone claims that there are aliens in our planet. This statement only makes sense if it is accompanied by some evidentiary element, credits a reliable information that as well.
On the right side
In the conduct of a trial, it is necessary to search for the truth of the facts. In other words, there must be something that demonstrates the full validity of an accusation, for example in connection with a test or an accusatory document. As well, we will say a test in a trial has the quality of being authentic when it is not doubtful or debatable. If someone wants to sue another person you need some kind of evidence that demonstrates that the demand has one sufficient basis. Also in this sense, the lack of evidence can be determining that someone is free of charge.
In the communication
In the context of the communication may be necessary to resort to some sort of procedure that offers full guarantees as to its accuracy, so as to prevent hypothetical malentiendidos. Imagine if a lawyer wants to communicate something to someone and need to make sure that that person has received such information. In this circuntancia, we must prevent the use of documents on which there may be questions about its possible reception. The document that is considered most suitable and reliable is the burofax, since there is a certification of the text, as well as a guarantee of the identity of the sender and the security that the receiver has received the document. Lately also begins to use the email certificate as a means of reliable communication. However, ordinary electronic mail, the registered letter or fax don't have the adequate characteristics to be classified as reliable documents.
