What is the Meaning & Definition of stewardship
The word stewardship is used to denote the set of highly qualified officers to direct and manage the Affairs of a company. The term can also refer to the office held by the Director-general (the Manager) of the undertaking, which it owns several tasks: coordinate internal resources, represent the company against third parties and monitor the goals and objectives. There are several types of managers: heritage stewardship, which is where the greatest posts and loads of high hierarchy are the responsibility of the owners of the business; stewardship policy, where management positions are entrusted with basic membership and loyalty policy; and the management by objectives, where efforts are directed to one purpose in common.
It is said that the management is responsible for the success or failure of a case. It is the business unit to which it belongs that members of the Group make their individual wishes to achieve common goals. To do this, the managers must bring leadership, leadership/management and coordination capacity.
