What is the Meaning & Definition of interruption

The action to an interruption implies pause in a particular project to abandon it in a temporary or definitive way. For example, a person can interrupt his university studies in the first year when he realizes that race doesn't like it and wants to give a twist to your professional future. A person can also interrupt their wedding plans when he begins to realize as the wedding date that is not in love and don't feel ready for this step. A person who is preparing the completion of doctorate can interrupt this academic project when he finds a job. Throughout our lives we undertake many projects, some of them come to an end while others were interrupted either by a choice or by circumstances of the environment. For example, a disease can force a person to interrupt his plans until he recovers.
When a person feels overwhelmed by commitments it may have to stop certain projects to have more free time to take them forward. From the point of view of emotional intelligence, it should be pointed out that the tendency to frequently interrupt many plans is a form of autoboicot which weakens the will.

Pause

The interruption also refers to the short period of time that is dedicated to a specific purpose. For example, the rest of the work shows the disruption in which workers take their lunch. The school playground is a disruption in the hours of class. During some plays is made a brief ten minutes break, a break in which the players can relax and prepare for the second part of the function.

Thieves of time

From the point of view intellectual academic and professional, outages can also be very annoying since they make it difficult for the concentration. Calls from phone, social networks, unexpected visits... are an example of how anyone should make an effort to keep in their objective as interruptions in this case, become a waste of time. They are of a different nature to necessary breaks made by anyone during their study time to rest.
In the professional field, these forms of disruption are thieves of time, i.e., energy losses.
