Defined in basic terms, the concept of 'interpersonal' is used to refer to types of communications, relations and links established between two or more people. The exact opposite condition is 'intrapersonal', since this implies phenomena or situations in which a person is in intimate contact with himself instead of opening to the outside world. Commonly, the term 'interpersonal' is used to designate such capabilities that assume that individuals of interpersonal characteristics have facility to interact with others and to establish links of various types with their peers. Generally, when you talk about an interpersonal status, it is under the more specific concept of 'interpersonal intelligence'. By it we mean a capacity that allows you to make the individual easy and accessible to engage in varied relationship with other people, either Studio work, coworkers, friends, couples or family.
